What's New with WMU?

They are sponsoring the Beth Moore Bible Study - "Jesus, The One and Only".
It began on Monday, April 1 and will be held weekly for 10 weeks at 9:30 each Monday in the Mary-Martha Classroom.  Eva Maddox is the teacher/leader.  Child care is available.

There are two Women's Missionary Union circles at Grace that both meet on the 1st Tuesday of each month.  The Hartfield-Mills society meets during the day and the LaNell Barnes society meets in the evening.

Their outreach activities include Mission Friends (for pre-school children), service to the local migrant camps, and collecting goods for the food pantry at St. Johns UMC.   They conduct special emphases during the year for State, Home and Foreign missionary support.  They also visit the Genesis Nursing Home in Seaford and do favors for the residents.  The WMU also provide quilts for each new baby born in our fellowship.

The WMU also sponsors services at the Bridgeville migrant camp each fall.  See pictures.
